Owls are really enjoying their maths. They have been working hard to develop their understanding of fractions, decimals and percentages and the relationship between them. Various forms of learning have been used to gain confidence and build fluency. We are able to partition numbers up to three decimal places, round to one decimal place, represent percentages pictorially and order and simplify fractions. This has also enabled us to be able to compare and convert equivalent decimals, percentages and fractions. We can’t wait for our end of unit assessment next week to shine.
